One of the best things, for me, is that through this process I’ve taken the time to get to know myself better. I know more about me, and what I need to be happy, and I know what things I need to let go of or walk away from rather than get dragged into unnecessary stress. It feels great to have a clear perception of what I enjoy, and what I want from life, and the confidence that I can do it because I am a better me!
