Painting 26 of 30 – September 2014, 30 Paintings 30 Days Challenge
There have been so many times, and occasions in which I could have easily given up because I was discouraged or tempted to return eating poorly or slack off on exercising. But the one thing I have learned is that because “I” want this, and “I” believe in my ability to get healthy that I have the strength and confidence within me to truly do it. It is truly satisfying to be able to look yourself in the mirror and say “I’ve Got This”!
This painting is an expression of the confidence I feel inside!
