Challenge Accepted – 30 Paintings in 30 Days!

I know, it sounds crazy…  I’m in high gear with the new gallery and studio renovations (not to mention the renovations for the apartment unit that are going on at the same time), all of my supplies are packed in storage until I’m ready to move into the new studio… and life in general.

That being said – I’m EXCITED to participate in Leslie Saeta’s 30 in 30 Painting Challenge.  Artist and consultant Leslie Saeta has invited artists to paint 30 paintings in 30 days.  I knew going into this challenge that I would be starting off late due to the holiday.  But I have managed to scrounge enough resources, and dedicated time to see to it that I can participate and complete this challenge.

As I mentioned before, I’m excited to do this.  I want this right now as I haven’t painted anything really since I began to pack up my studio back in May.  So I’ve picked up the bare necessities, have set aside a small space for me to work, and time in my schedule so that I can have the pleasure of this opportunity.

Starting September 4th, I will be posting a new painting each day on www.aydzn.com/news and on www.facebook.com/aydzn .  Should I miss posting a day, I will make it up as soon as possible and that by the end of September I will have completed 30 new paintings.

I look forward to creating and sharing with you 30 paintings in 30 days!
